My name is Beat Mandersloot. I was born in Alkmaar, North Holland in 1991. I studied Interactive Design at the MediaCollege in Amsterdam, and then continued my journey to the University of Amsterdam to study Communications and Multimedia Design.
When I was 18, I started freelancing as a graphic designer mainly focused on nightlife design / events. I soon grew my skillset to include video editing in Final Cut / Adobe Premiere / Resolve.
Nowadays I’m fluent in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. I also have minor programming skills that I acquired while studying Interactive Design making novice JavaScript and HTML / CSS no problem for me to read and write!
Currently, I’m working as lead designer at DGTL festival. We have multiple festivals over the globe, and I try and do what I can to animate, design, and illustrate whenever necessary.
